| Week 40 | May 3, 2004 to May 3, 2004 |
| May 3 | Another rough night! :-( Rachel fell aslep at 1AM...Mommy thought that's a good sign...she won't wake at 2AM! Wrong...she woke at 1:30 and couldn't get comfortable at the crib. Mommy transferred her to the snuggle rest where she went in and out of sleep for another hour or so. By 3AM, she was very restless...woke up Daddy. Mommy tried Mylicon, orajel, diaper change...Rachel decided to pee after Mommy removed the old diaper and before the new one was in place...new outfit, change sheets on the snuggle rest. After all that, Rachel was still fussy...Daddy tried the belly to belly position...no luck :-(. Mommy took back Rachel as Daddy needed more rest in order to get to work in the morning. After another half hour of head banging, Rachel's favorite passtime...when she's tire or fussy, Rachel prefers to be on top of Mommy or Daddy and then lifts her head and drops in down quickly...yeah, ouch!...it's something she does and fusses if she can't do it...anyway, she calmed down a bit and Mommy put her down in the snuggle rest...5 minutes later, she spit up. She was very calm afterwards...after Mommy changed her clothes and the snuggle rest sheets again...Rachel was finally able to sleep...it must have been around 5AM...what a night! Rachel was very tire from all the night activites...she slept till 2PM! She was up for 3 hours already when the physical therapist arrived, so it was not a very good session. She did some belly work, but won't do any sitting...cried each time. She managed to get in some rolling. Hopefully wednesday will be a better session. Mommy noticed some granulation (tissues that form as the body tries to close the hole) on Rachel's G-site today...will have to keep a close eye on it. Rachel gets 20-21 oz/day with cereal (1tsp/4oz), 4mg Furosemide (Lasix)/twice daily, 20mcg Lanoxin (Digoxin)/twice daily, 0.7cc Zantac/twice daily, and Mylicon as needed. Rachel's 9lb 0oz...2oz gain from last week |

| Week 39 | April 26, 2004 to May 2, 2004 |
| May 2 | Rachel had a rough night. She slept on Mommy for a couple of hours before midnight while Mommy watched a movie. She woke after she was transferred to the crib...couldn't get comfortable again. Mommy held her for a awhile, but Rachel not a happy camper. At 3AM, Mommy woke Daddy for help. Rachel finally settle down on Daddy's belly around 5AM...a long night for all. Rachel played with Daddy for a while before lunch and then was off to dreamland. Daddy went up to do some work while Mommy lazed around :-) and watched another movie. Since Rachel hasn't gained any weight for the last few weeks, Mommy decided it's time to up her feed a little...1 cc/hr during the night and 5cc/bolus feed...that should increase the feed by 1oz. The doctors and the visiting nurse don't recommend it, but Mommy thinks Rachel can handle the volume...if not, then Mommy will cut it back...gotta give it try! |
| May 1 | Rachel's getting in the habit...bad habit...of waking at 2AM. She cried a few times in the next couple hours, but was okay each time Mommy checked her. At 4AM, she started to complain more loudly...Mommy held her for a little bit, then put her down in the snuggle nest. She stayed calm, so Mommy rolled over for more sleep. Rachel must have fell asleep too, b/c that was the way Daddy found her in the morning. They spent some quality time together for the rest of the morning after Rachel woke up. Rachel was tired by noon and took a nap for 5 hours. It was a warm day today...not really if Mommy was asked, only in the 80's...but Rachel does not like that heat...she sweated up a storm...it's not going to be a fun summer. |
| Apr 30 | Rachel's very much into this nightlife thing...she was up again from 2AM till dawn. She was content to be in her crib for a while...Mommy got up a changed her around 3AM...as soon as Mommy put a new diaper underneath, Rachel pooped...she thought it was funny, laughing as Mommy cleaned and changed her again. Mommy thought it was funnier when she pee on Daddy's hand later in day...Daddy took of her clothes and diaper as usual prior to bath time...he pick her up as usual, one hand behind her head and on hand under the butt when he felt wetness...his expression was priceless! Wished there was a camera a hand. Yeah...Rachel thought it was funny, too! Rachel was a bit restless by 5AM...Mommy was very tired, so she woke Daddy to take over. It took a while, but Rachel eventually fell asleep on Daddy's belly...he's got a BIG belly :-P. Appointment with the occupational therapist for hand splints today. Rachel was late as usual...had to spit up after her feed, but she behaved very well. It would have been nice if Rachel was asleep for the fitting...she finally obliged halfway thru. After over 2 hours, Rachel got her splints...not perfect...Rachel's fingers couldn't be kept straight...but it'll do for now...come back next week for adjustments to her fingers. Mommy and Daddy did not anticipate it'd take so long and did not bring Rachel's feeding equipment :-O It was past Rachel's feeding time by the time they were ready to go...good thing Rachel was very tired...she continued to sleep the 20 minute drive home...got fed and slept some more. The director of CU's Center for Bio-ethics got back to Daddy with contact information for a pediatric genetics doctor, who's also on the bioeithics committee at the NY Presbyterian Hospital. Daddy contacted her and they talked on the phone for awhile. She'd like to meet us...Mommy will set up an appointment with her secretary next week. It's a start...at last! |
| Apr 29 | Rachel continued to enjoy the nightlife...a bit too much in Mommy's opinion. She was up till 2AM...napped for an hour...up till ???...Mommy couldn't keep up with her any longer at 4AM...Daddy woke in the morning to find a her sleeping soundly. She must have woke up sometime after 8AM...in a good moood. She stayed up till around noon, then slept away a gorgeous afternoon...Mommy joined her for couple of hours :-) Mommy had tried to contact NY Presbyterian Hospital to see if they can get an appointment to meet with the bio-ethicists. On their website...it said to contact a nurse, physician, social worker, or patient relationships...so Mommy called patient relationships...they have no #$%^& idea what a bio-ethicist is!...so much for info on the website. Daddy found Columbia University's Center for Bio-ethics and shot an email to the director...might as well go to the top, heeheeheehee...asking for instructions to proceed...hopefully she'll respond, if not, then they'll have to wait till the cardiologist appointment at the end of next week to ask him how to proceed. |
| Apr 28 | Rachel decided to enjoy the night life once again. She woke at 1AM...made noisec in her crib every now and then. Mommy checked on her a few time...about every half hour or so. By 3AM she was very restless...possibly bored...Mommy transferred her to the snuggle nest. Rachel stayed up till ???. Daddy got up at 5AM from all the racket Rachel was making to take over from a very tired Mommy. Rachel eventually fell asleep before dawn. She was pretty tire all day, but woke just in time for PT. A very good session today...she continued to tolerate the belly position on the wedge. The therapist worked on getting Rachel to feel pressure on her hands, arms, shoulders, legs and feet. She also worked on getting Rachel to support herself with her arms and shoulders. At one point, she had Rachel in a sitting position, leaning forward slightly, fists on the floor for support...she let go...Rachel stayed in place for a second before starting to tip over....Mommy was extremely proud! |
| Apr 27 | Rachel was up at 1AM...wide eye and a bit fussy. Mommy calmed her, put her down...she start fussing a few minutes later. The pattern continued till 3AM when Daddy finally had enough and took over. Daddy must have quieted Rachel as Mommy fell asleep without any problem. Mommy woke at 5AM to catch Daddy putting Rachel down. Rachel seemed to get these night time activities once in a while. She was really tire during the day and slept it away...waking only for food and diaper changes...good thing no therapy was scheduled! |
| Apr 26 | Another good night for Rachel...she woke up a couple of times...at least Mommy didn't hear anything from her after 3AM. PT bright and early at 8:30AM. She did great! The therapist started with belly on the wedge...went on to some rolling...tried getting back to the belly, but Rachel was not happy the second time around...some more rolling and sitting. It was a tough work out and the little piggie was exhausted after therapist left. She went straight for a 4hr nap. Unfortunately, when the speech therapist showed up in the afternoon, Rachel was due for another nap. The therapist did managed to get about 20-25 minutes in before Rachel started to really complain. Rachel continued to enjoy the gum massages. She refused the nuk brush, but took the pacifier for a little bit (that hasn't happen in a long time!) Rachel headed for the sack again after the therapist left. Rachel gets 19-20 oz/day with cereal (1tsp/4oz), 4mg Furosemide (Lasix)/twice daily, 20mcg Lanoxin (Digoxin)/twice daily, 0.7cc Zantac/twice daily, and Mylicon as needed. Rachel's 8lb 14oz...no gain :-( from last week |

| Week 38 | April 19, 2004 to April 25, 2004 |
| Apr 25 | Another good night for Rachel. She was asleep from midnight to 7AM :-) A nice quiet day at home with Mommy and Daddy. |
| Apr 24 | Surprisingly Rachel had a good night. She was asleep by 1:30AM...not a peep until after 7AM :-) Daddy & Mommy took Rachel to Stew Leonards (a kid friendly supermarket). She was wide eye to took in all the fun stuff! Mommy finally decided to put Daddy back on the South Beach Diet. Daddy broke it immediately...he had tootsie rolls in the car and since it was there he had to eat them...guess the diet have to wait another day. |
| Apr 23 | Rachel had a relatively rough night...cried every hour till 4AM. She'd settle down shortly after Mommy picked her up...about 5-10 minutes. As a result, she was a bit tire all day long. Visit to the pediatrician for growth check...gained only about 4oz from a month ago...that's very little :-( The ped seemed to think Rachel's body's working very hard...organs working hard to digest food...heart pumping harder for the oxygen. He said her color wasn't good, not blue but not pink either. Mommy mentioned Rachel's oxygen level hadn't came back to the upper 90's since she got sick. It remained at upper 80's when she's asleep and low 90's while awake...no quite optimal. The cardiologist had said these levels are good for her condition...but damages can occur to brain when deprive of sufficient oxygen for a long period of time. Of course damages can be occurring in other organs b/c of the heart condition. He again suggested to Mommy and Daddy to see a bio-ethicist soon. Mommy and Daddy had the feeling he wanted to do more for Rachel (i.e. put her on oxygen), but would not make the call without some guidiance from "experts". Mommy will try to get an appointment next week. Rachel was a bit fidgety all evening...wanted to be held. Rachel usually gets what she want...Mommy and Daddy took turns holding her...her comfort position continues to be on the shoulder. Rachel was in and out of sleep all evening...it may be a tough night ahead. |
| Apr 22 | Rachel had a good night...waking only once. She was tired in the morning for some reason...woke at 8AM, but fussy for a nap. She fell asleep in Mommy's arms and slept until noon...no complaints from Mommy there. Rachel's very content nowadays just to spend her wakeful times on the floor...stretching, rolling and moving herself around. She still not interested in any toy yet...hope the teacher can help in that regard. Now that she's got the left thumb, she's been trying really hard to suck on the right thumb. This is all very different from the cranky, fussy, don't know what's wrong all day scenes just a couple of months ago...life is good...quite content :-)...now if only she'd gain some weight! Still spitting up once with some mucous...having a real difficult time getting it all out. |
| Apr 21 | Rachel decided it was time to play at 11PM...Daddy stayed up with her till 2AM when He finally placed her in the snuggle nest...still awake. She started to fuss at around 2:30AM...wanted to be held to sleep...she's spoiled that way...and many other ways. She was fast asleep within 10 minutes after Mommy picked her up. Rachel had a good day...no spit ups...hurray!. Correction, one spit up right after her last bolus feed. Some "gunk" came up first, she couldn't stop and continued to vomit formula. Her day was a little off b/c of the late night...she was a bit tire for PT. She did a little sitting and rolling. The therapist brought a wedge and put Rachel on it on her belly. Rachel tolerated the position much better than on the floor. She tried to lift her head, but it came down very quickly. This tired her out even more...she got very cranky. She was fast asleep after the therapist left during her feed. |
| Apr 20 | Rachel had a good night...woke up a few times with a sweaty head...back to sleep after Mommy turned her. She finally made it to the education evaluation after 3 weeks. She was alert and ready to go. She's behind...not a surprise...33 percentile...at the 2-4 month level. They recommended home therapy for a teacher twice a week. The teacher will work on cognitive skills while the physical therapist will concentrate on the gross motor skills...it's all just play to Mommy :-)...more fun for the little munchkin. |
| Apr 19 | Rachel was very restless prior to 4AM...cried a little...sleep a little...Mommy had no idea why. She was up bright and early at 8AM. She took a couple of naps during the day...generally in a good mood, except prior to her bowel movements...she had two today. She also had a couple of spit ups...still trying to get "gunk" out of her throat...not much success...sigh. Rachel had a wonderful PT session today. She worked on sitting while reaching for toys and rolling. She managed to roll from one side all the way to the other without help. She almost made it to the belly, but started to spit up...nothing came up, but it stopped the therapist from going any further...try again next time. Rachel gets 19-20 oz/day with cereal (1tsp/4oz), 4mg Furosemide (Lasix)/twice daily, 20mcg Lanoxin (Digoxin)/twice daily, 0.7cc Zantac/twice daily, and Mylicon as needed. Rachel's 8lb 14oz...gained 2oz from last week. |

| Week 37 | April 12, 2004 to April 18, 2004 |
| Apr 18 | Rachel slept beautifully between 10PM and 7AM...waking only once at 1AM. She had an equally fine day with only one spit up. She's still having 3-4 BM per day...a bit worriesome . Grandpa came up to visit Rachel today :-)...however he caught Rachel during nap time and she slept away most of the visit showing Grandpa a good baby. |
| Apr 17 | Rachel had a bad night...fussy till around 3PM...Mommy thought it was belly pains (it was very tight). Good thing it was a Saturday...Daddy can help out. She still spit up alot during the day...sigh! When's it going to stop...Mommy's at wits end. On a brighter note, Mommy and Daddy noticed Rachel can move herself. She was on the floor...few minutes later she rotated 90 degrees counterclockwis!...few more minutes 180 degress. It seemed she lifted her right leg to shift her lower body a little, then shifted her upper body a little in the same direction...repeat a few times and voila she's at a different position. It was very exciting...wait till the physical therapist hears of it...she probably won't believe Mommy tho. |
| Apr 16 | Rachel took cereal during the night feed without any problem. She slept till 5AM...stayed up for a couple of hours...poor Daddy, he was up with Rachel and then have to go to work. Rachel was still somewhat congested. She spit up after 3 of 4 bolus feeds :-(. It did seem to Mommy there was less mucous...whatever's there was clear which is good. It was a clear warm spring day...Rachel spent a couple of hours basking in the sun (she's in the shade, of course) while Mommy worked in the yard. |
| Apr 15 | Tax Day...Mommy & Daddy are expecting a refund :-)...big part of which will go towards a much needed new driveway...the remaining will go to an expensive digital SLR camera Daddy's been eyeing for 6 months...nothing left for Mommy to spend on Rachel :-( Of course Daddy rationalizes the camera purchase by saying it shall be use primarily to take Rachel's pictures. Rachel had an okay night...Daddy got up at 2AM to change her diaper. She was up again at 5AM...after some suctioning and a BM she was asleep by 7AM. She woke at 10AM for some food and stayed awake...a bit fidgety...until 4PM...that's pretty long for her. She slept till Mommy woke her with a bath at 9PM. She was still tire and was out after her last feed of the day. The frequent BMs caused a slight diaper rash :-( The Coke seemed to worked without any visible adverse effect. Rachel had one spit up of "guey stuff", so Mommy gave her another 1/4 tsp of Coke before the next feed...yummy! Only one other tiny spit up while attempting to get out more "gunk" throughout the day. Mommy's going to give her the cereal mix at night as well...hoping for some weight gain...she's been around the 8lb 10-12oz range for about 2 weeks now. |
| Apr 14 | Rachel woke up...wide eye alert...wanted to play...at midnight. She had another BM before falling asleep at around 2:30AM...not bad for all the sleep she had during the day. Rachel was up bright and early at 6:30AM...ready for the pediatric surgeon appointment. She must have changed her mind when they were ready to go because she pooped as the car was about to be pulled out of the garage. Mommy changed her in the backseat...too much trouble to go back upstairs...put her back in the carseat. Next thing she knew Rachel was spitting up...good thing there was a towel handy. Rachel's outfit was just a little bit wet...no need/time to change. They arrived at the doctor's half hour late...that's seems to be the norm for them. The doctor checked the G-tube site...looked good to him...button for Rachel next time...in four weeks...yeah!...the temporary tube is a pain in the neck. Rachel was tired after the busy morning...napped between 1PM and 4PM. She was all happy for PT until she was put on her belly which triggered her to spit up :-( She didn't want anymore after that...only wanted to be lay down on her side. The therapist worked on her rolling for the rest of the time. Daddy saw Rachel sucking on her left thumb briefly...this is wonderful! Rachel had been sucking on her fists...getting the thumbs out gets her closer to having the hands open. Rachel had many spit ups and BMs today including both during her bath...what a mess! It was then that Mommy and Daddy decided to give her some Coca Cola. Mommy had read in Baby Claire's (a 13 month T18 baby that's been Mommy's inspiration for the past 8 months. She's been very sick with pneumonia...hope she will be able to fight it off and is on her way to a FULL recovery) journal a while back that Coca Cola helped getting the "gunky" stuff out of Claire's throat. It's this stuff Rachel has been trying to get out for the past couple weeks that triggered all her gaggings and spit ups...so Mommy thinks. Daddy gave Rachel 1/4 tsp (about 1.2cc) by eyedropper (she actually liked it and gobbled it up where as she'd turned her head away when Daddy offered her water) before her 11PM feed thinking she may stay up for awhile...nope, Rachel fell asleep right after her feed. See what happens tomorrow. Rachel antibiotics also stopped today...hopefully that will improve her BM frequencies. |
| Apr 13 | Rachel was up till ???...by 3AM Mommy needed help...good thing Rachel woke up Daddy who probably didn't sleep at with all the noises Rachel made. Daddy took Rachel while Mommy slept. He was able to calm her relatively quickly...so Mommy was led to believe. The late night tired out Daddy and made him late...very late for work, but that's ok b/c he always stayed late. The teacher cancelled Rachel's evaluation scheduled for today...re-scheduled for next week...good thing, b/c it was really wet out...rained buckets and buckets. Rachel was tire little piggie...Mommy let her sleep all day...hope she won't regret it later...hah, as if Mommy have any control over Rachel's sleeping habits. Rachel had 3 bowel movements today...more than her normal 1 or 2. Mommy have to keep an eye on it as more than 3BMs may be signify diahrea. Rachel was up for about 3 hours in the evening...between 6PM and 9PM. Mommy was glad as this allowed Mommy to finish checking the taxes...Daddy had already entered everything in the computer...good Daddy! The pharmacy finally got Rachel's digoxin in. Rachel had to miss a dose this morning b/c the pharmacy did not order the medication on Friday when Mommy called them. Mommy called yesterday to see if it was ready...no, whoever took the call from Mommy didn't tell the pharmacist. Mommy was upset but there was nothing to do but wait till today as no pharmacy stocks digoxin. That'll be the last time Mommy use this particular pharmacy! |
| Apr 12 | Mommy let Rachel sleep in the bouncer all night...she did good...only one problem, she kicked off her blankets by the morning. Rachel still had alot phlegm...Mommy suctioned her all day to her much disgusted dismay. Rachel had a good session with the speech therapist today. She enjoy having her gums messages...lots of smiles to the therapist. She was worned out and fast asleep by the time the physical therapist show up. She woke up for a few minutes when the therapist was stretching her hands and feet and did some work to amuse the therapist. It was a shortened session as Rachel was really tire and not quite in the mood for therapy. Rachel gets 19-20 oz/day, 4mg Furosemide (Lasix)/twice daily, 20mcg Lanoxin (Digoxin)/twice daily, 0.7cc Zantac/twice daily, and Mylicon as needed. Rachel's 8lb 12oz...gained 2oz from last week. |

| Week 36 | April 5, 2004 to April 11, 2004 |
| Apr 11 | Mommy let Rachel sleep in the snuggle nest again, but she did not want to lie down. She spent most of the night on Mommy's shoulders. Mommy tried to put her down several times, but she'd cry within half hour after Mommy put her down...everytime. Mommy thinks her sinuses are blocked up...she needed to be upright. Rachel was quite tired after the restless night, and slept most of the day. She had alot of mucous today...suction, suction, suction...she hated it, but it must be done. |
| Apr 10 | Rachel continued to fidget until around 1AM. Mommy had her sleeping in the snuggle nest between Mommy and Daddy because she was so fidgety. She'd sleep for a few minutes...fidget some...go back to a very light sleep...fidget some more. She had two productive spit ups (small) during the night. Mommy was able to suction some mucous with the bulb aspirator after each spit up. She was a tire little piggie and slept the whole morning away with the big piggie...Daddy :-P Rachel was good all afternoon while Mommy and Daddy work on the yard. It was sunny but too windy and chilly for her to stay outside...she stayed in her bassinet close to the door. She napped most of the afternoon...from 2PM to 6PM. |
| Apr 9 | Rachel had another rough night. She was up at 3AM...wide eye and alert. Mommy was not in the mood to play, so Rachel complaint. By 5AM Mommy needed help...Daddy was awake anyway by Rachel's screams...Mommy slept for a couple of hours and took over from Daddy so he gets a short nap before time for work. Daddy handed Rachel to Grandma (too bad she's leaving today) at 9AM so Mommy can get more sleep. Rachel was very fidgety during the day...sleep some, wake some, sleep some more... Mommy restarted Rachel on the cereal, but she spit up after the feed :-(...Mommy gave her plain formula on the next feed...she spit up alos...perhaps she's still fighting this virus. |
| Apr 8 | Rachel decided to spend some time with Daddy when he started her continuous feed at 12:30AM. He wasn't amused, but had no choice. Rachel finally let him go to sleep at 2AM. She woke Mommy at 4:30AM...asleep again at 5:15AM...until 8:30AM. Rachel had two naps...10AM to 2PM and 5PM to 8PM. No spit up so far :-) Hopefully she's getting better. Mommy's getting better...just some annoying persistent coughs. Rachel was asleep by 11PM. |
| Apr 7 | Rachel had a rough night. She was still awake when Daddy put her down at 2AM. She did not complain so Daddy went to bed. Mommy heard her complaints at 2:30AM. She fell asleep shortly after Mommy picked her up. She was up again a 3:30AM...Mommy was able to pat her back to sleep. She woke at 4:30AM...wide eye with no intention of going back to sleep. Mommy stayed with her till 6:30AM and decided Daddy had enough sleep. Mommy took over again at 8:30AM so Daddy slept for another hour. Daddy took off work in the morning to join Rachel for a therapy evaluation. Unfortunately it was a waste of time. First Rachel made Mommy & Daddy late by spitting up when Mommy put her in the car seat...all dressed up. She fussed when Mommy took her out and changed her, put her back in the seat...until the car started to move...out like a light. When they finally get to the Children's Rehab Center, half hour late, Rachel was still out...nothing they did could wake her...noises, changed her diaper, gentle shaking, tried everything! Mommy had to reschedule the evaluation for next week. Rachel slept all the way home and more. She was still asleep when the PT wanted to come, but given the experience earlier...Mommy decided it was best to let the tired piggie sleep and cancelled the session. Rachel finally woke at 5PM. She was up till the 10PM feed. |
| Apr 6 | Rachel stay up until 1AM after all the sleeping during the day...woke up once. Rachel had a decent day...she was up more today, but not during the trip to the mall...Mommy took everybody there...Rachel's cousins were not shoppers, they got bored fairly quickly. She woke after getting home...in a happy mood...all smiles for Grandma :-) |
| Apr 5 | Rachel slept very well during the night...not a peep from her until 10AM. She slept most of the day...awake for an hour here and there. Her G-tube site looks really good today...whatever was there must be dying off. She was not cooperative for PT and it had to end early...try again later in the week. Rachel continued to spit up after some of her feeds :-( Something amazing happened in the evening during one of the few moments when Rachel was awake. GrandmaK was playing with her, making all sorts of sounds. Rachel just watched with a puzzled look on her face. At some point Grandma put her lips together and made a baaak sound...suddenly Rachel started to put her lips together and made the same sound...she was actually copying Grandma! What a wonderful treat from Mommy and Daddy to see! It lasted only for a couple of minutes, but it was totally unexpected :-o. Mommy lost her voice today :-(...it's a terrible feeling for her. Rachel gets 18-19 oz/day, 4mg Furosemide (Lasix)/twice daily, 20mcg Lanoxin (Digoxin)/twice daily, 0.7cc Zantac/twice daily, and Mylicon as needed. Rachel's 8lb 10oz...lost 3oz from last week...she was sickly! |
| Week 35 | April 4, 2004 to April 4, 2004 |
| Apr 4 | Rachel is 8 month's old today...how time flies! Happy, happy, happy birthday to the little piggie :-). Rachel woke up at 1AM (2AM EDT)...it took her almost 2 hours to get back to sleep. She slept well and got up at 11AM EDT. She was a tired little piggie today and was out again at 12:30PM till the next feed at 3PM. She stayed awake for a few hours and had fun with Grandma K while Mommy took Cousin T. to the movies...Daddy had took Cousin K. ealier...Rachel was fast asleep when Mommy returned at 8PM. Mommy had stopped by the supermarket on the way home to get groceries but forgot to pick up Rachel's 8 month cake :-o...oooohhhh, the complaints from Daddy!...so Mommy sent him out to get the cake right after dinner. He got to the market just as they were about to close! Whew...otherwise Mommy would never hear the end of it...Rachel got a strawberry shortcake this month. She woke up just before Daddy got home...Mommy gave her a bath...all ready for cake and pictures...some nices shots this month as Rachel cooperated fully :-) Either she's really tire or the meds are making her drowsy as she fell asleep again during her next feed at 11PM. |
